Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Weekend Resort. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Free from stains, scents, or signs of wear (e.g. makeup, deodorant, pet hair, damage)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

Refund Options

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit to use on a future purchase

Please indicate your preferred refund option when initiating your return.

Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account once processed
  • Sale or discounted items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments or swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale”

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@weekendresort.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping costs) as appropriate.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email info@weekendresort.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your preferred refund method (store credit or original payment)
  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders placed through Weekend Resort.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when it ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, postal disruptions, or customs processing. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or public holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us at info@weekendresort.com.au for assistance.

International Shipping

At this time, Weekend Resort ships exclusively within Australia. We are a proudly Australian small business and are currently focusing on delivering the best service to our local customers.

We do not offer international shipping just yet, but we’re working on expanding in the future. We appreciate your understanding and support as we grow — and we can’t wait to reach more of you around the world soon!
